Terms of use

As of 2026

This is a courtesy translation. The German Nutzungsbedingungen are the legally binding version.

These terms govern the use of the Packsy app, offered by Bock & Ruppe GbR (see Legal notice).

1. Apple licence terms (EULA)

Packsy is distributed via the Apple App Store. Use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. The points below supplement it.

2. Service

Packsy is a checklist app for recurring tasks. The core is free forever (up to 3 lists plus the base features named in the app).

3. Packsy Plus (in-app purchases)

Optionally, you can buy Packsy Plus as a subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time purchase. Purchase, billing, renewal and cancellation of subscriptions are handled through your Apple account; the App Store terms apply. Current prices are shown to you in the App Store before purchase. Any free trial converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled; you can cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

4. User obligations

You use Packsy within applicable law. Misuse, in particular of the sharing and collaboration features, is prohibited.

5. Warranty and liability

We provide Packsy with care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Our liability follows statutory provisions; for slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. Liability for intent, gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law remains unaffected.

6. Privacy

Information on the processing of personal data is in our privacy policy.

7. Changes and applicable law

We may adapt these terms with future effect. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
